Biography
Gary Steadman MBA FCICM FACP has been working in Credit for over 20 years, the majority of which have been in the Shared Service World.
He started his career with a Debt Collection company started by former CSA president Kurt Obermaier, before moving into various Credit Management roles with Electrolux Outdoor Products, P&O, Alexander Mann, Pulse Staffing, Adecco and Thermo Fisher.
Gary set up a Shared Service Centre in Costa Rica for Thermo Fisher, based in San Jose, where he spent 3 years, before moving back to the UK to head up Shared Services for Lonza. He is currently at Associated British Ports as Head of their Shared Service Centre based in Hull. Gary is an avid Cricketer and a keen Newcastle United supporter.
